APA format: When quoting a sentence with multiple errors, do you use [sic] after each error or just once at the end of the sentence?

Which is the correct usage of [sic] when writing a research paper in APA format?

What it should be: You’re the reason why I am here today.

When using [sic] to quote exactly as written and complete with errors:

1. ‘Your [sic] the raisin [sic] why I is [sic] here today.’

2. ‘Your the raisin why I is here today [sic].’

3. ‘Your the raisin why I is here today. [sic]’

4. ‘Your the raisin why I is here today’ [sic].

5. None of the above. Please elaborate and let me know what the correct way would be.

Thanks in advance!
