Am I dumb or something
I went to an education fair at work, I’m a CNA in the hospital. I work nights and I got off and went to it. We had a quiz and I got a lot of the answers wrong, and the educator consoled me saying some people aren’t good at tests lol. Then I had to go into my bosses office and I was explaining how it’s hard to get the insurance site figured out, I tried doing it but it was malfunctioning. So she emailed the people.
Am I like slow or something… maybe I’m overthinking this

First off, quizzes are often written to trick people. If they get something wrong and realize it was due to tricky wording rather than a lack of knowledge, that knowledge is reinforced in your brain. Quizzes are often used more as learning tools than tests of your true knowledge.
As far as your problems with insurance companies, that isn't uncommon. Insurance companies are in business to make money. The easier it is to use the insurance, the more money it will cost them. They make you jump through hoops, in hopes of you throwing in the towel and giving up. The insurance company I used to recommend to people made significant changes during COVID, and now they are the worst company to deal with. I won't mention their name, but I can guaranty you deal with them on a regular basis, as they are one of the largest insurance companies in the country, yet their customer service and provider relations are terrible.
