If an person goes on 10 job interviews in a week, if they do everything right, realistically how many job offers do you think they should get?

Numbers have nothing to do with it. Whether a person is offered a job is based on their qualifications. The interview is only a part of the decision-making process.

Assuming that the person is qualified for every one of the 10 interviews, and each is a good interview, I would suspect they would get at least 2 offers.
