You don’t have to limit yourself to job postings.
You can also research a bunch of companies, find a company that you’d like to work for, and see if there’s a way to apply for work.
If not, you can try their contact form or find out who’s the right person to contact based on their LinkedIn network.
Many companies are open to hiring good people (or at least having them on their radar) even if they don’t explicitly have a job posting.
It’s a bit more of an assertive approach, but it has worked out well for me.
It also sets you apart, especially if you have done a lot of research on the company and can impress them during your interviews.

I could recommend Indeed, LinkedIn these are popular worldwide.
Is Monster. com still up and running for jobs? You might also try temporary employment agencies like Kelly or Employer's Overload. A lot of companies hire from there and then hire the best of these workers on as full time after "Testing them out".
