I am preparing for the ATDH (Admissions Test of Dental Hygiene). I am putting in the work and doing what I need to do. But I find I’ve been feeling like I’m never doing enough. I never told my family members or my friends, but I’ve kind of been feeling a bit down. And I think it just has a lot to do with being home most of the time studying. I have not gone out anywhere except going to the gym and church. I find when I take a day off and not do anything I feel guilty, even just going to the store or gym I feel guilty. Yesterday I took a day off and didn’t look at anything, but today I feel like I should’ve done something yesterday. It’s just a constant fight because I feel like I need to put my life on hold. Does know how to balance life while preparing for a big exam?
