So I'm in a difficult situation rn and I need to make 10k in less than 12h. Any ideas?

Hmm for something as urgent as 10k in less than 12 hours, there aren't many good options. Some ideas would be:

- See if any family/friends can loan or gift you the money, even if it's paying them back over time. Most wouldn't mind helping in an emergency.

- Sell any expensive electronics, jewelry, musical instruments, designer clothes/shoes you no longer need asap on marketplace/Craigslist/eBay. Even if you take a loss for quick cash.

- If you have substantial equity in your car, see if you can refinance it for a cash out amount close to 10k. The interest would sting though long term.

- Do you have any sellable skills like programming, graphic design etc? Maybe check Fiverr, Upwork etc to rush out some gig work in the next 12 hours at a premium rate.

- Look into payday loans or cash advances as an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. The fees will destroy you but needed short term. Pay off ASAP.

- Be upfront with your employer about the situation in case they can offer an advance on future paychecks or something.

I know it's really stressful. Hopefully friends/family can help short term. Best of luck - with some creative scrambling you may find a solution!
