Have you ever been fired and, if so, are you able to broadly say if you sued, appealed or just plain looked for another job?

After all, the company must be in the right, right, if they fire an employee. That's surely why HR exists surely or why companies have their own in-house "everything under the sun" departments for it seems every category, legal, human resources, maintenance, blah blah blah blah and blah lol.
I accepted and looked for another job
I appealed via the courts or other authorities to appeal
I would have liked to appeal, yet it wasn't financially worth it or likely to win in court or any other appeal setting
I have never been fired
I was going to be fired yet the company then decided, along with HR, to keep me employed
Other or not answering, ha.
