Im an over thinker so I might just be overthinking this but I applied to a dealership recently and we started going through the whole hiring process. I was called by one of the managers this past Monday because I needed to get a drug test which i already had made an appointment for the next day. Got my drug test than I was sent a copy of my background check by the HR person who did my first interview. That was on Tuesday which is also the day I went and got my drug test done. Now ngl looking through my background check kinda made me worried from what I saw it has a whole line up of a bunch of debt that I have as well as debt from my car being repossessed last year. As well as showing s traffic violation I had got a few years ago. Would these things prevent me from getting the job cause these guys seems real keen on getting me in and I haven’t heard from them now since I got my drug test and background check I tried calling but couldn’t reach either the HR rep or manger if interviewed with. So I’m a bit concerned

AskIt's natural to feel anxious about the hiring process. Some employers may be more understanding if they see potential in you, particularly if they're keen earlier. Persistence in following up with them is important.
