We have a new AM…. And he thinks just large and in charge. He’s 22 years old and never had a job before he started here as a low level stocking shelves, facing, bagging, and working the register. But he was one of the vendors son’s whose all close with the management and the owners.

Long story short. He became a assistant manager with no collage degree. Only 2 years of experience while there is people who worked there 15 years and never got anywhere but maybe a assistant manager of their department.

He’s bossy. He thinks he can just demand people around. Nothings ever good enough for him. He’s got half the people slashing their hours and the other half of people working too many hours. He’s even yelled at customers before. As well as doesn’t back employees.
