On Tuesday, I met with a female manager who is really getting on my nerves lately. She has given me work that 8 people ought to do and at the moment, I am about 2 weeks behind. I have told management this and they didn't do anything about it. I had the operations manager who I absolutely adore and love (well, adored -past tense) and they gave me a warning because 2 of my projects have now become delayed.
I was gobsmacked, shocked and appalled that they did this to me. I resigned and my male boss (operations manager) told me not to resign (in private) and told me to write back to my female manager and say that I will not be signing the warning and I listed many considerations and reasons copying him in. She didn't respond back. I went away and cried again. I went back to see him and tell him that I am resigning. He said that he is not going to accept my resignation.
Why the hell did he allow that dog to go through with it? What games is he playing?

I asked him what sort of games he is playing. He said that nearly everyone got a warning and he is sorry. I told him that I fear that he is going to listen to everything that the dog says and that its dangerous. I feel threatened.
