It might shock you which famous person quoted this.
But I personally believe it’s very true. It’s always a lot easier to get up in the morning when I know I have something I look forward to doing.

It might more be a matter of a person being more "high energy". I think people who are very energetic tend to of course, not sleep as much, and get involved with things that they are passionate about. I dated a lady like that, who only needed to sleep a few hours a night. She came across as loving the things that she did.
I heard a discussion of Donald Trump and Elon Musk. They are both really passionate about what they do and they do not sleep much. I suppose it helps to be passionate at what you do but I think sleep deprivation will prove to be unhealthy after a while.
I still require my 7-8 hours a sleep regardless of enjoying what I do or looking forward to something, so false.
Finding joy and passion in your work indeed makes getting up in the morning more invigorating. When you're engaged in activities you love, they energize and motivate you, often leading to less perceived need for sleep. However, it's important to balance passion with enough rest, as good sleep is crucial for maintaining health and sustaining long-term productivity. Remember to listen to your body and prioritize self-care to continue thriving in what you love.

Yeah, like going to school became a very good treat when this beautiful blonde moved here when I was a junior in high school. She had, at that time, the most perfect healthy derriere I'd ever seen. It was 1978 and shortly after the movie 'California Dreaming' came out. I chased/raced her and her sister home from school every day with my friend Jeff. He was mad about the sister. It became a game with all four of us.
I'm just a former insomniac... lol
