How the hell do you expect to be a successful entrepreneur and not work over 40 hours a week? When you are starting out plan on working 80 hours a week and then in 10 years you can start reducing that. Real entrepreneurs are obsessed with making money and put in a lot of hours at the beginning working for money until their money starts working for them

I run a small enterprise so get away with 70 hours a week but my friend in exotic rentals has that and another business plus deals desperate to that and does 100 hour weeks

I answered this already. Many or most aspects of the startup are tied to the what and where. Germany has more guardrails and protections, the United States more business freedoms and pitfalls. Hard work it would be in both countries.
