If they harass you for posting a genuine question. You could report their comment or click on "I do not want to see this" if they keep on harassing you on multiple threads, you could directly report them to the admins if you want. If I'm not wrong, you could even block them when you're anonymous if they made an insensitive comment, that way they won't be able to harass you any further.
