My cousin went to the most competitive university in China, only 1 in 10,000 people who apply to the university get accepted and he was ranked number 5 in his province of over ten million people.

But after taking the university entrance exams to qualify for higher education, he was so miserable and disappointed with his performance on the test that he went 10 days without eating.

He told his daughter he has a genius I. Q. I would say his intelligence comes by decades of gruelling study, extremely agonizing brain training, and extreme physical exercise.
