The common route in my country (Sweden) is to finish high school at 19. Do some easy entry job, travel, party and enjoy life for 2-4 years. At 21 to 23 you start Uni. Normally 3 to 5 years.
This means you could very reasonably be 28 before even trying to get your more established job.
After this you need to get a foot in. You need to possibly climb a little bit.
Realistically, in my head, 35.
And to quote an old Uni buddy of mine who was going to finish Uni in his 30s. "No one really takes you seriously until you're 30 plus anyway, so getting started at 30 is fine.". For a normal profession, I agree. Investments and alike are of course the earlier the better.
It often takes a while, and some wrong decisions that are great learning opportunities, before one determines what they really want to do with their career.
By the time a person hits 30 years old, they should have their career plans established.
You should have all the necessary skills long before you turn 21.
The timeline for establishing a career can vary greatly depending on individual circumstances. By early 30s, many individuals are often on a solid career path, having gained some experience and clarity on their professional goals. It's important to focus not just on age, but on personal growth, skills acquisition, and adaptability. Lifelong learning and flexibility can greatly enhance career development. Remember, it's about finding fulfillment and success in your own time.

Regardless of your skill set you'll still likely have to adapt and change careers multiple times in your life. Focusing on one career path without flexibility will likely lead to bankruptcy. Times always change, so demand in different fields follow those changes. That's not much you can do about it, but keep moving forward.
Depends on the career.
