I have worked in the best resorts vacation places in my country.

My skills: 6 years of front desk experience, English, computer skills and programming languages, and a business administration bachelors degree.

What kind of sponsors or visas should I look for?

You probably want to contact a place (resort, casino, etc) and ask them what you need to do. It is not only going to be visas but possibly state stuff, I would think.

Those types of places deal with this all the time, I imagine. I bet they can give you all the information you need to get started and in the right direction.

Call the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, NY and they will probably have some ideas for you, or the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I'm sure both of these places deal with this kind of thing all the time.
