How do you handle a situation where you’re singled out when your whole crew works through lunch and leaves early?

It’s not the first time I’ve been singled out before. I’m getting tired of the b. s. that goes on. I get more work loads than some people. At times my supervisor gives me additional tasks last minute. This past Friday my supervisor gave me an additional task at 2:00 to put flags up at two different locations. Mind you we work from 7–3. These places aren’t close to each other and include traffic for additional time. I find out my crew worked through lunch and left at 2. I want to say something to my supervisor but he will most likely not care.
