Should wealth only be earned through real labor, not just talking?

I was watching a video where a Christian influencer was offered big money, free airport rides, free plane tickets, and a 5 day stay at a luxury accommodation after their job assignment was over to give a lecture on bible principles for building wealth, and I thought that was totally disgusting.

Nobody deserves riches just for speaking and talking. Wealth must be tied to physical labour, emotional labour, social labour, behavioural labour, biological labour, or spiritual labour.

And if you look at rich people who did not earn the mansions they were born into, they almost always exercise 2 hours a day to make themselves competitive in the dating market. Nobody deserves money just for moving their mouth.

Your not paying for the talk, your paying for the years of research behind the talk and access to that information. Same as when you buy a book, your paying for the information inside not the paper.

The real question is is there any real value to what he's saying or is it like 99.9% of YouTube videos that are just padding and puff with little actual substance.

Rich people usually find different ways of earning wealth, for some of then it's kinda easy (they inherit the money)... but some of them really have to work for it.
