What do you think of all of these people getting fired (mostly women) for filming OF content and Tik-Tok's on the job?

I find it funny, Some of the ones i have seen have actually signed agreements that they won't film while at work. Its more or less a FAFO moment. And with all states but i think Montana being at will states, Meaning your employer can fire you for any reason or no reason as long as the termination doesn't fall under the EOE restrictions, its especially funny. In the video below its 30 minutes of people filming at work followed by crash out videos of getting fired. One suggested she was going to sue, which will go absolutely no where. Hell one of the videos showed a teacher reading one of her students private messages to her Tik-Tok audience. They all deserved firing opinion.

Bottom line, if your boss says not to do social media and filming at work Don't do it, and if you do, dont whine when they fire your ass. Oh and the reason it you dont see this with men very much is because we dont do stuff like that, We are at work to work not to mess around.

As an employer my self, i make my employees sign an agreement that they won't film at work and if they do it can result in immediate, no questions asked, termination.
