I did one for transformations and I might throw one or two transformations at the end but lets do some fun body swaps.
1. Freaky Friday (1977)
The reason I like this one is that it is honest. It is not exactly child friendly but neither would a body swap be, It's a girl that acknowledges that she is a woman and woman losing her control. I know there were others and even one this year, which I am planning to see but this to me is still a great transformation and the struggles they both have to me are more honest. This stands as my favorite movie so far but I know that the lindsay lohan and Jamie lee Curtis one is still others favorites
2. It's a boy/girl thing
Alright, it's a bit corny and over the top but what are they doing! He is checking out his new peach and he is looking at a boner. That is new ground for a body change. For what is lacks in corniness it is makes up for in other more real actions to a body swap.

3. Wish Upon a Star
Oh, well YouTube pulled all the good videos, all I am left with is a shaky camera with bad quality :) but at least it's the scene. It is not very adult but it is true teenage struggles, a young girl excited to have gone through puberty and an older girl that lost her body and its trying to get it back/protect her image. It is a sweet and playful movie about a sister switch, gone right although they won't know it until the end :)
4. Sam
So YouTube was good at hiding the clips for this one but we got an Italian version

It is a fun movie, that really makes you feel good but it is clearly an adult take, not the girl that plays Sam for the most part I think down plays the change a little bit but it really has an adult feel and it has a kind of mature feel for a movie of this nature. The swap is not big but the movie itself is really what carries it.
5. Smallville
This one is fun, because it's something you did not expect and what girl would not want to be superman's girl friend :) and this is not exactly a body swap but it is a similar reaction to one
6. Scooby Doo
This one is fun, it is obviously more playful but it is fun to see how the actors react to each character being inside them
7. Drop Dead Diva (series)
It is frustrating that I can't find the scene but the trailer does it justice. and I guess the scene is not as important as the overall first episode
This was a truly fun and great change. It was a lot of fun to see this actress portray a model type girl, it is so much fun to watch but also heart warming as the model starts to understand humility. and again, this is not a body swap per say as there was only one body to go to.
8. Mighty Morhin Power Rangers
For some reason, the video is labeled the switching places trailer but it is totally from the first episode of the show. It is fun to see this switch between two key players in the show. It is not that real per say but is it is awkward and fun
9. Sabrina the teenage witch
It is a bummer that they don't have the scene this was all I could find and again it is not exactly a body swap but it behaves like one
As the first picture suggests, sabrina turns into libby to become friends with older people at the nursing home. She does this to use libby's popularity for good but as you can see with the clip, it does not all go according to plan
10. iZombie
So I will be honest, first again, no body swap but acts like a body swap. and any episode where liv has a brain is great, she is always fun and quirky to watch. I enjoyed the series the more people that found out about her powers but it also got more dramatic as the series went on... But it is fun to see what brains they come up with next :)

YouTube is a becoming harder and harder to find clips... :( but here's a scene but three pictures after which will help to see it, but hilda and Zelda the teenage years is the episode which I am sure you can watch other places than youtube
