Are you an Archer fan?

Let me begin by saying i watched the last 3 seasons in misery. Why?

changes in the characters

They ruined Archer's character. Although the characters appeared the same on the surface they were completely altered. And the most important character, Archer, is not any more the easy going, care free, invincible guy he was in the first couple of seasons. Season 10 Archer was just a tame version of the season 1 Archer. That's why he was not as exciting to watch as he was in the first season. Totally emasculated!

involving gynocentric ideas into the show

At some point i felt like the current gynocentric political climate of show business had affected the show's atmosphere and it's characters. I don't know if you noticed or not but Cheryl and Pam were not clumsy and foolish anymore while the male characters in the show got emasculated more than ever. In certain moments especially during season 8 and 9, male characters were totally in the shadow of female characters and they didn't even spare Archer who's the main character of the show. At certain points during the show the story revolved so much around female characters and their empowerment you could have sworn the story was written by Susan B Anthony. But to be honest Archer is a lot less biased in that department than most other shows are.

But That's just one of the reasons i didn't enjoy watching seasons 8 through 10.

weak writing and lame jokes

To be fair season 7 wasn't all that exciting either. I don't know exactly what happened to the show but the last 3 seasons were not funny. Their weren't enough jokes and the occasional joke you would hear was more cringe worthy than hilarious. The plot was also really weak. I'm telling you the best moment for me in all those 3 seasons was the last few minutes of season 10 finale when Archer finally woke up. It felt great because i had been through watching so many boring episodes for 3 years. But in the end i noticed something interesting. Those 3 weird, tedious seasons were so vague and easy to forget, it almost felt like i, as an audience was also having those dreams and when Archer finally woke up i felt conscious again. I can only hope they revive the original vibe of the show in season 11.

and let's remember a long forgotten character of the show.

Lame jokes? What are you talking about? It's one of the wittiest things on television!
I agree about the change in characters, especially Pam. It's like they noticed they needed more out of that character so they changed it.
And I don't see any gynocentrism. Yes, the boss is female, but then we learn that there are more organizations like that, all led by men. Archer is the best agent in the company, although he doesn't give even 20% effort. Lana is super serious and hard working, and in the end Archer always saves the day.
