All of my gaming questions have been leading up to this one! The top games of all time.

WHAT'S MY FAVORITE GAMES OF ALL TIME?

MASS EFFECT TRILOGY

MASS EFFECT 3

#5. Mass Effect. A trilogy that was 99% perfect. Sure, they screwed up the ending BADLY. But, I still love the old Bioware. (We don't talk about Andromeda. It never happened.)

THE SIMS 3

SIM CITY 4

#4. The Sims/Sim City. Two-way tie, because The Sims 3 took hundreds of hours of my life, if not thousands. And I still play Sim City 4 to this day. (We don't talk about Sim City '13. It never happened.)

SUPER MARIO BROS. 3 HD REMAKE

#3. Super Mario franchise. The OG. I loved games like Super Mario Bros 3, Super Mario World, and Super Mario 64. I never got Sunshine or the Wii games, but I loved New Super Mario Bros.

SAINTS ROW 2

#2. Saints Row franchise. Especially Saints Row 2! The franchise got progressively weaker after SR2 and now the reboot looks to be woke dogsh*t. And yes, I do have thr Gentlemen of the Row mod package for SR2.

POKEMON HEARTGOLD

POKEMON WHITE

#1. Pokémon! Especially HeartGold and SoulSilver. They have issues in them for sure (like that awful PC interface and no TM's), but they're still the peak of the franchise, in my opinion.

I never got into the Legend of Zelda franchise. I have nothing against the games, but the genre just really isn't my style. Maybe one day, I'll play Breath of the Wild.

FAVORITE GAMING CONSOLES:

#5. The PlayStation 2: I was never much of a Sony fan, but even I can't deny the PS2's greatness.

#4. The Nintendo DS (Lite): I own eight of these, so it has to make the list.

#3. The Super Nintendo: Sonic and Sega were great, but this truly was the better out of the console wars.

#2. The Xbox 360: This truly was the greatest console of the 2000's, and even the 2010's!

#1. The Nintendo 64: So many fond childhood memories! Almost every game I love on there is a classic! This console IS my childhood!

The major consoles I've never once owned are: PlayStation 1, the original Xbox, the Nintendo Wii, the Wii-U, PlayStations 3 and up, and the (abysmally bad) Xbox One. Was going to get a Nintendo Switch once a "pro" edition came out that functioned like a proper home console and had adequate hardware. But as of 2022, there still is no Nintendo Switch Pro yet with functioning joy-cons. So it's unknown if I'll ever own a Switch, as I dislike it shoddy hardware and the Switch Lite isn't really any better.

GENESIS: Sonic the Hedgehog trilogy, Streets of Rage trilogy, Golden Axe, Rocket Knight Adventures.

Back in the day N64 was the best. Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Mario Kart, Diddy Kong racing. Also loved the wrestling games like Wrestlemania 2000 and No Mercy.

Man, Mass Effect is so much fun but it's taking me forever to complete it. Guess that's just the way I play RPGs.

My all time favorite video games are Halo ce, Halo 2 & 3 each for different reasons. Introduction of the Arbiter in H2 gave such a Badass counterpart to masterchief, and his story was awesome.
