How do I get VIP points in Gangstar Vegas?

I'm playing Gangstar Vegas on iOS and I'm level 21 and have gotten 4 stars on a couple of missions but I still haven't got any VIP points. How the hell do I get them because I googled it and only saw some guy on YouTube get it by having 4 stars on this particular mission. But I can't get that car he used to complete it since you need VIP to get it. How do I get VIP points?
