He's "overpowered" as shit. He pretty much has the stuff I wish I could have, or even a fraction of those things he has and is capable of. But if I did have capabilities like that, then all I really care about is having my own little tiny world or planet and leaving everybody and everything behind and leaving everybody and everything else alone, just do whatever y'all want to do. I just want my own little peace and quiet, well for most part anyway. The capabilities he has that mattered most would be teleportation, invulnerability, immortality, dimensional travel, omnipotence, no need for food, air or water, that last one is very very good, it means no consumption of other resources, no need to consume and resources.

by the way, does this character have any weaknesses at all?

Not really any weaknesses. Besides the ones he cares about. He's one of the strongest dc comic characters out there.

Watchmen was one of my favorite movies. The one thing that didn't make sense to me was how Dr. Manhattan could see the past, present, and future all at once. Simultaneously. Hard to comprehend. He has power to do virtually everything he wants, he could literally be a god/savior to everyone on this planet if he existed.
