I don't know if we can call them dumb but they have to be either lying to themselves or completely sold out to broadcast some news portrayed by Fox news. I have seen really bad and sometimes offensive news from there 👎.

I guess that is somewhat true. If you actually read the first few paragraphs on the quota article it tells how a news station ask her new news anchor to change her hair from black to blond. And the case went into the legal system.
