Alec Baldwin was in the 1994 movie - Titled: The Shadow ' and Baldwin played the hero Lamont Cranston.- Guess the movie did not do well and only recouped the 'cost of producing it.

That would be a great trivia question, Bricealan. I know of "The Shadow," aka Lamont Cranston through my parents, who as 1930's young folk (they married Oct.1,1936;Dad was 23, Mom 19) listened to that show in the pre-TV era.

You do realise that David Koepp's main influences include Tolkien.

So whilst "what evil lurks in the hearts of men" may have originated in The Shadow, but that style of wording very much belongs to Tolkien
