Bond, was a big fan of Roger Moore's films. They were the ones I was first introduced to and it stuck with me, I just liked the humour element in it. I think Lazenby was really the only actor I didn't like that much. I think Dalton was massively underrated, he played it darker and more accurate to Fleming's vision the only upside of him only doing two films was that Goldeneye with Brosnan turned out to be one of the best in the franchise.

Austin Powers is more akin to Inspector Gadget because he’s kind of clumsy, and he’s been in many ways lucky to have made it so far. He also has had help. James Bond is more akin to MacGuyver because he can do a lot with the tools, and experience he has. Bond’s one liners definitely are better in terms of the sex puns, and in response to defeating villains.

It's a toss up between Roger Moore and Sean Connery.  I've always liked Sean Connery but i do think Roger Moore made a better Bond. Ian Fleming always said her preferred Moore to.

for one Austin powers is just a movie about some idiot making a full of him self while James bond is pretty much what speical forces and FBI and many other types of military use when going into combat zones that require sheath and many other forms of weaponary
