Cherinob. Astirnah and Kritchobol have to fight extra dirty, just to weaken her. The Shard of Kritchobol in her shoulder is her greatest enemy. But she also is required to hold on to it until the appointed time.
So her curse makes her super radioactive , meaning she has to hide more often than not. So she doesn't destroy the planet while trying to save it.
She's tripled the radioactivity of Kepler-452b's core. She blew up Arcturus in one timeline , and even causes a sunspot and solar flare after discharging while throwing herself into the sun!
She's also 4D. So you can't lock her up in an ordinary prison, unless God orders her to honor it. So you have to somehow get the Big Guy to want her there. But given how inadequate most of them are , it'd be a very foolish prayer request.
Her manifests cannot be killed by human hands, except if God wills it. Her manifests also are not affected by ordinary bullets. She has to be blown up (not recommended , as she's a walking dirty bomb), dropped in acid, burned (again, not recommended), or beheaded. And any human opponent foolish enough to attempt any degree of sexual assault is basically committing suicide by angel.
When not slaying demons, she's ferrying souls to Courtroom, like a female Grim Reaper. And she specializes in those who die from radiation poisoning.
Extirwraith is also tough to beat. Her weaknesses are almost entirely psychological , and she has similar powers to Extirpon , but lacks his MPF field vulnerability.
Hands down, Dr. Manhattan can beat any of the superheroes Iāve seen listed so far in a fight. Complete annihilation including Superman. Talk to Manhattanās abilities include but are not limited to reality distortion and time travel, meaning he can take just about any one and put them in a bubble and/or go through time and hit them when they are vulnerable.

There are several superheroes who could defeat Superman:
Robo cop! He can't seem to die! After all this years, it still alive! Okay... I would say superman.

It's true. Superman's ability to make up powers on the fly is pretty tough to beat. However, I feel like Dr. Manhattan, who is literally god, might be able to best him.
I don't know anything about superheroes, but if Iām pretty sure nobody can beat ANY of the superheroes in a fight. Thatās kind of why theyāre āsuper.ā
A superhero that can't be defeated. Sounds so boring. It can only work in a power fantasy game like Doom, So I'll go with the Slayer (or any other boomer shooter hero), does that count?
Right, but there have been moments when he exerted the full force of his power. See the Death of Superman, when he gave Darkseid the full force of his attack, hitting his enemy at the same moment that he himself was hit, they both killed one another and the force of the blow dropped surrounding skyscrapers with the shockwave. Pretty badass, but not destroying solar systems badass. The most powerful version of superman is Superman Prime 1 million, who at one point also obtained a Green Lantern ring. Even at that point though, his body couldn't withstand a force that can destroy stars. Also on that note, Grand Master Luke Skywalker from the Starwars books reached a point where his Force Energy could collapse a star - so he may able to defeat Superman as well. Other than him, I'd place my money on the Silver Surfer, and his master Galactus as well. Not only does Galactus snack on planets, but at one point the Venom symbiote took over his body as well, making him even more powerful.
How? The only way Superman could win is set a trap and blow him up because superman is mentally smarter. But hand to hand no way. The Green Hulk is huge and way more stronger and he jumps super high in the air and gives you a Hulk smash. The Hulk is so strong he can knock down buildings with a Hulk smash
You yourself said it. Trap him and blow him up. Superman can't be stopped. Amazing agility, speed can create fire with his eyes, smarts, and doesn't get tired.
