+1 yI don't know if this counts but once the Astrounout Jack D Fisher came to our school after travelling from space and did a session with students. I was of 5th grade that time. Few students were chosen to ask their doubts and all and I was one of those lucky students. I don't remember what was my doubt but he patted my head and said, "Well little girl I'm afraid I can't answer you. Your curiosity is way more huge than the space". And I remember coming home all blushing after meeting such a famous person lmao 😂

+1 yI did on one comment and that made my day.
There was an MLB pitcher I followed back when I frequently used it. He came up through my team's farm system and became the ace back in 2017, averaging about 10 strikeouts a game and had ERA of 2.00, he carried the team when our co-ace went down with a muscle strain.
Towards the end of that season when the co-ace came back and we had a wild card shit, he dove back to first base after getting a hit and tore muscles in his shoulder and was taken out not just for the rest of the season, but well into 2018. It was announced he was coming back just before the All Stat Break and I commented on post about it. He liked it and I actually saved the screenshot from it.10 Reply
+1 yHad a long conversation with Keanu Reeves about microcontrollers after he defended me on a blog for saying bill and Ted was one of my favorite movies.
I was friends with Mary Ann (dawn wells) from Gilligan's island on Facebook till she passed away, what a sweetheart, she was just as nice as you would believe Mary Ann to be.10 Reply
+1 yYes. Quite a few times and different people. Was only on twit/insta for a couple weeks before done with it.
It seems they can tell when you are mentioning them with motive or oblivious or uninterested in the process.
One of my fav actors from Black Sails liked several of my comments randomly mentioning them, that was my fav. Few others too. A couple followed me.
It’s funny how social media allows for that most basic connection. When before you had to wait in long autograph lines at conventions. It felt creepy though, like everyone is watching. Not my thing, so I left it.10 Reply

+1 yYes. Years ago I had a member from Motley Crue like one of my selfies. At first I thought it had to be a fake account. But it had that symbol showing it was an official page. But it wasn't Vince or Tommy. It was Nikki Sixx. He probably liked that I was in my late 30's and had pink hair is all I could think. I concider my looks to be average so I don't think it was that.
20 ReplyI don't use FB or IG, but through my business, I have had a European head of state, as well as two US Governors, make short comments on my Twitter timeline! This kind of ties in with my comment on THIS question.

+1 yI've spoken to a guitarist named Teloch before. He plays in the norwegian metal band Mayhem. It wasn't in comments on those sites it was on a live stream on youtube. I thanked him for his playing to be motivation for my own guitar playing. The bassist in the band (under the stage name "necrobutcher) was in a live stream with him once and i tried talking to him asking some questions but his drunk ass was just rambling on to everyone in general lmao.

+1 yA few times yeah. Mostly fashion brands as I used to do modelling so pretty common, but also one famous DJ (also verified) started following me. Doesn’t really make sense as I follow him but don’t post music stuff or anything
Anyway he even sent a DM few times but was kind of flirty and I didn’t like it so I was disappointed as he didn’t seem the type to and I genuinely like his music l. I might unfollow him soon tbf he follows me a year later but doesn’t view my stuff or know me so00 Reply
