What did you think of Marvel's Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness?

I saw it Wednesday. I thought it was okay, but was disappointed by it. I guess, we all expected more than what the movie actually was. If one goes in with little/no expectations, they'll probably enjoy it. One thing I can say is, seeing this movie isn't required to keep up with the MCU (not that Phase Four is any good, No Way Home aside). You can skip this movie, if you really want to. It's not a "game changer" like one might think.

I was told we were meant to get an extended Sam Raimi cut, which is about 25 mins extra. Which would have included the cut horror elements and darker parts of the movie. I enjoyed it but having the cut stuff would’ve made it so much better :)

Not seen it yet, but friends have and said its hard to follow if you haven't watched the series on Disney + which I haven't done.

It's basically a second season of WandaVision. If you haven't seen that show (and to be honest, it's not very good), you may be very confused with the movie itself.

I plan on seeing it eventually but I've already seen some spoiler clips on YouTube. I won't spoil anything but I'll just say there was a scene of total wokeness. But what else can you expect from Disney? 😑

If it's the scene I think you mean, then that's from the America Chavez comics, not that America Chavez isn't a super woke character herself. She's basically supposed to be Latina Lesbian Superman. I'm not kidding. She's just a Marvel version of Superhero who's a "Hispanic" (really an alien) Lesbian. She also comes from a planet of all women and they're all like Kryptonians, too. As far as I knew, she actually doesn't have any multiverse powers in the comics and they completely changed her for the movie. Her being in the movie is nonsensical in itself though.

Nah, it's something that has to do with feminism and the killing of the most intelegent male character in the MCU / the strong men immediately before killing the female characters. Again making the male characters stupid while giving the females the spotlight.
