Canada Day is the one day I hide and don't celebrate Canada, lol.
Parades are loud and people get too drunk.
I did used to like to go and see the Filipino immigrants all decked out in Canadian flags and cheering at the parades and selling Filipino food. When they're new to Canada they seem appreciative and excited for Canada Day. They cheer and clap.
Everyone else just looks grouchy, lol.
