I bought a few jars of maple syrup, and threw them in the bin. All in the hope a few cases of diabetes have been prevented by people who could have consumed the shit.

I didn't know that today was Canada Day. I didn't celebrate it because I'm not Canadian.

Happy Canada Day!

I sailed down to the coast of Lake Ontario to visit some friends the last couple of days. I am about to go for a little paddle at one of the nearby provincial parks.

I am then heading back to my sailboat to have some BBQ with friends I met at the marina and have a few glasses of wine to celebrate.

Sail back to Georgian Bay tomorrow.
