Why can you not report a YouTube Ad from TV App?

I saw a dispicable YouTube ad but I had no way of reporting it. It just said your seeing this because of either location the video your watching or Ad personalisation.

The Ad in question was not an Ad but a music video.
The Ad was an amatuer UK Rap music video showing a bunch of youths or Young Adults wearing trackies, hoodies and balaclavas. From the get go we see them pulling gun signs and one of them stuck a middle finger up.

Now thats not me hating on the video because I hate 80% of rap and popular trash music and prefer my rock. No it is the content of the video.

Now I am not some advocate who hates anything violent or sexual far from it. I just hate glorified gangs who make music and put bad steryotypes on certain people because of it.

Also Adverts that are music videos I can not stand even if its rock music because it can kill the mood of a video. For example if your watching a calm video then some rubbish wannabe gangster starts rapping about "the youth of the nation guns and violence you get me bruv brip brip brip" no hate to people who like that stuff just doesn't have a place as a YouTube ad.

If thats the case why don't you have an advert of a woman getting undressed and singing a song, wait thats sexual so more harmfull than violence.

Just annoyed I could not report it not that I am an old fart about the music because of the content of the video and the fact there was gun signs and swearing. If a child saw that that's more harmfull to them than seeing a woman in a bikini or something sexy.
