Someone is playing good music but at a medium volume on mobile speaker in a bus. What do you think? What would and do people think?

I would consider it disturbance. When you're travelling on public transportation you should keep your music to yourself. You don't know if other passengers like it, or they're sick or if they simply don't want to listen to music. I find it disrespectful.

I don't play it on speakers and if I was travelling on the same bus I would pretend that I wasn't listening to it. Or I would leave if I could.

I would too. My personal preferences are my noise cancelation headphones, but since they are bulky, I work with my earphones too.

That's good, it shows that you respect others. Those headphones are cool but they can also be dangerous. If something serious is happening around you, you don't hear it.

So I grew up in California and I learned from a young age that unless it is something your willing to die for to mind your own business and keep you mouth shut. But honestly it pretty rude, to be doing but kids these days don't care.

Remember back int he day guys would walk around carrying boom boxes on their shoulders... lol Can't be any worst then that.

What constitutes "good music" is subjective and everyone is not going to appreciate whatever genre the music is, so it is a nuisance to somone.
