I have to say the Justin Bieber concert I went to when I was like 7 was terrible.
He was late, it was so loud, I feel asleep, and his lip syncing sucked.
How about you?

Oh man…. I’ve been to a TON of shows. Like I own my own pair of non-disposable earplugs I go to so many, and I’d be dead by 50 if I didn’t wear them, haha. So, tough to narrow down to just one, plus it’s hard to decide what was a great performance vs who was the most meaningful to see.
I honestly leave most concerts very satisfied. I’m never like “well, THAT was a waste of time and money.” The two worst concerts I remember were actually just sets at our annual Spring Concert at my college, where it was free for students, and they’d have maybe 3-4 artists ranging across multiple genres in hopes of appeasing most of the student body. One year was Busta Rhymes, and his performance was good, but he was being a huge asshole to the audience. He was getting mad that not enough people were singing along, and I’m thinking “bro, your whole deal is that you’re a speed rapper, plus it’s not like it’s YOUR show, you’re one of several big names performing here, it’s not like it’s the Busta Rhymes fan club just coming to see you, so don’t be shocked when everyone doesn’t know the words by heart. And he’s up there like “I already got my check, I can just bounce!” Ok, later then, guy✌️😒 50 Cent came the next year and was pretty weak too. It was just like “one verse of a song—>gunshot noises —> unintelligible yelling from the 20 hype men on stage with him —> one verse of a song —> more gunshot noises —> more unintelligible yelling from the hype men —> etc, etc, etc…” Brian Wilson from The Beach Boys was the worst performer, but it’s because he’s old and in poor health, and it was really special to see him, so I gave him a pass, haha.
Best concert is tougher to say, most have been really good. The Roots put on an excellent show. I just saw Rage Against The Machine a couple weeks ago, they were incredible. Roger Waters of Pink Floyd had a really good show. Earth, Wind, & Fire was great, even though I unfortunately didn’t see them before Maurice White had died. Had a really good time seeing Smashing Pumpkins. Taking Back Sunday show had great energy, although the lead singer’s voice is kind of cooked, but it still worked, haha.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the show! Have fun!
*DEAF by 50, lmao
My middle school band concert
i don't know if i can pick a best concert but the ones i enjoyed the most were the two gloryhammer concerts i went to. mainly because of the small venue & crowd. it was a very familiar setting. rammstein was epic as well
the worst one was mando diao. they were supposed to play at a festival but exited the stage after two or three songs because of some fighting backstage. apparently they were so pissed that they didn't want to finish the concert. the fight wasn't the fans fault but we were punished for it. it was really frustrating and i don't listen to their music anymore
The best concert I went to was an Asian musician named Jay Chou and I had binoculars so I did not need front row seats. It was exciting and nice. The worst concert I went to was when our school hosted a drag queen concert event. I left early due to boredom and I think I was judged for that cause the people I chatted with before the concert did not say hi to me when I ran into them at school later that week. I’m not into drag, just wanted to attend cause it was a concert and free.

It depends on how you define: worst. I was pretty bored at the Phillip Glass show but, the night I saw Rush, I actually fell asleep standing up!! I only went to see the headliner, Starz. And, the 2nd Fishbone show I went to was great except that, they were forced to shut down right in the middle of the show!! The last time I saw George Carlin, the sound bounced all over the room so, I hardly understood a word he said!!
One of the best ones that sticks out in my head was the first Lollipop Factory gig we played!! I'd been hearing their song, "Man In The Movie" on the Super Happy Sampler for months and LOVED IT!! But had NO IDEA that's who we were playing with that night until they started playing that song!!
There were 3 bands that night and all 3 were on the same sampler album and the soundman was playing the CD over the P. A. between bands and I couldn't understand why he skipped over the best song on it, the one by Lollipop Factory!! When they played it live that night, that explained why he didn't play it from the album!
After My 3 Scum played, they took the stage to set up their gear and then vanished for a good while! We couldn't figure out what the hold up was but, partly, they were practicing their 3 part harmonies back stage while they were getting into their gig attire!
They step out on stage with their faces painted white or at least very pale, one had a black top hat with black & white striped pants and a long high-cowelled purple velvet cape with a huge 3 sewed onto the back, like a football number. Another had black & white checked pants and a green felt bowler and the other was similarly attired with a purple felt bowler and they all wore the same kind of shoes as the Droogs in, "A Clockwork Orange". We were standing beside the stage watching them start up and we all decided they sound a lot like Queen! Part way into their set, they all switched instruments!! The guitarist went to the drums, the bassist took over guitar and the drummer took over the bass! They continued to play flawlessly!! A while later, they all switch again and continued to play flawlessly!! Eventually, they switch back to what they started with and finished the show with a couple of flash pots at the end!
Otherwise, I've been to DOZENS of concerts and used to have al the ticket stubs, some with autographs, and, most of them were great shows!
Ah!! I just remembered!! Probably the two worst were one afternoon, we were doing an outdoors gig and some wannaby girl band opened up for us and they sucked more than you can imagine!! how they got the gig, I don''t know!! They only knew 3 songs, one of which was "TNT" by AC/DC!! So, they stumbled through all 3 songs over and over again until their 45:00, or so, was up!! By the time we got on, there was about a dozen people in the audience!!
Then there was this other local gig just across the river fro, that one and it was being sponsored by the local major FM progressive rock station. our opener this time, was a comedian that the station seemed to like a lot! Okay, I love comedy almost as much as music. So, he gets up and starts doing his bit. He writes "funny" songs and sits on stage a plays them with an acoustic guitar! So, here's this guy in his late 30's/early 40's playing these songs that any 12 year old could've written!! One was called, "The Pop Your Pimple Polka"!! The others were just as infantile. From what I recall, there were only about 2 dozen people in the room and a number of them were booing him!! A day or so later, I hear HIS SHIT being played on the prog station that propped him up that night and they're raving about how hilariously funny it is!!
If people are gonna pay to see someone lip sync, they might as well just stay home and listen to the records or watch some of their YT videos.
How does one go to bad concert? Is there such a thing?
As for Justin that's just called someone listing to his bad music somehow getting deluded it was good in the first place then when hearing it in person thinking oh yeah he's awful how have I been so blind/deaf.
If the concert is awful I am just gonna guess that's because they aren't good anyway lol.
All of them I've been to have been the best so... I don't know I will just say my first one when I became over 18 I guess Hollywood Undead with Loathe as support it was all night headbanging.
Loathe I never heard of beforehand and they are super good live however tried to listen to there stuff on YouTube it's just shit so I don't know what happened there. Meanwhile Hollywood are just great.
In the last 10 years I made it my business to generate a “concert bucket list”. I went to see everybody in two summers that I haven’t had a chance to see in my lifetime. For example I went to see Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney, Fleetwood Mac, the Doobie Brothers, Greg Allman, and Billy Joel just to name a few. I would say the best was the Eagles prior to Glenn Frey’s death. The worst, by far, was Dickey Betts performing with his own band not the Allman brothers. He came out so drunk and the entire band was so disorganized that I actually left before the intermission.
Probably the same concert.
I went to a Metallica concert with one of the most beautiful women i’ve ever met in person, and her seemingly impossibly equally attractive sister and a friend of mine. The opener, Corrosion of Conformity, was still pretty new at the time, and they straight RIPPED! The entire crowd was going insane. Metallica hit the stage and basically phoned it in. The crowd was all but silent, and NO chants for encore after the band left the stage. Ell oh ell!
I think the best was Fleetwood Mac in Chicago. Bone Thugs n Harmony I saw twice and they were great also. Tom Petty I've seen like 4 times bc he always came to our Summerfest. 2 Chainz was ok.. I saw Ice Cube.. TLC.. I guess it would be Bon Jovi. I don't like his music too much. I just went for my husband.
the best was probably Lynyrd Skynyrd and Kansas. Everything about it was perfect. The venue, the stage, the effects, the performances, the crowd had space. And hilarious how half the crowd was on the way out before they came back for their encore performance of Free Bird. 🤣
The worse was Naughty By Nature, but only because they literally took 45 minutes to come on stage after their opening act, and they had left the lights off the entire time so people weren't sure if they were even coming on or if the whole thing was over. But they did good when they finally did get on stage.
Or maybe Joan Jett because the girl in front of me had like a 500 pound purse and she kept swinging it and hit me in the crotch a few times during the concert. 🥴
Best: Iron Maiden with Coheed and Cambria
Worst: Eddie Money a year before he passed. I'm gonna be completely straight, he was entertaining, but vocally, he sounded like shit. Like if he wasn't Eddie Money and he went on American Idol, he'd get booed off the fucking stage.
But the worst act I ever saw was George Harrison's son. But I'm not counting that because he was only opening for ELO, who sounded great!
Best ever was either Metallica: Hardwired or RUSH: Time Machine
Worst was Volbeat. They played 4 or so of their own songs before whipping out an acoustic and playing Jonny Cash. Even the Volbeat fans were like... uh... wut...
Either that or Mötley Crüe. I love Crüe but damn, they just don't know when to call it quits.
Best was every concert of Armaan Malik and the worst was Justin Bieber's only concert in India. Why didn't he prepare for it? Does he think the Indian audience is not human enough? I have seen his other concerts and at least he looks like he has rehearsed well.
Best was Imagine Dragons in Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. It was an outdoor concert, and most times the weather is less than ideal. Yet it was at night and that means it's not as stiflingly hot. The temperature was perfect 70 degrees with low humidity. Perfect temperature. Worst was probably Nickleback because I didn't like them. Still don't really.
Day on the Green Fleetwood Mac, Boston Turner overdrive, Peter Frampton , Charlie Daniels Band, Heart was good .
To be honest all the days on the green that I went to concerts I went to we're all good
I went to a free concert a very long time ago, the singers were bad , guitar players awful and amplifiers cheap and distorted. Flint Michigan. Saw a free concert in Germany a little know band The Mickey Rodent Band, it was fun. They had a song they wrote called Spiderman's brother it was cool... fun times... USAF
Best concerts were Linkin Park at pinkpop in 2007 and Halestorm at ziggodome in 2019 worst concert/festival was the last day of the North sea Jazz festival 2022
I saw James Taylor in 2019. It really was the best concert I ever went to. I saw Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles and they really were forgettable.
ZZ Top sucked. Music was great just boring stage show. Lynyrd Skynyrd was amazing. Chris Janson is also fantastic
Best: Moody Blues when I was 14. Still a Justin Hayward fan to this day because of it.
Worst: Deep Purple when I was 20. Gillan's voice was shot, and it was really obvious. The rest of the band was good.
I have only been to one and it was great, couldn't say if it was the best tho...
Glow in the dark concert tour was one of the best concert shows I went to.
Best would be a toss-up between the 2 Neal Morse concerts and Dream Theater concert we went to.
The worst was probably The Cars (1979 or 1980) where you couldn't even hear the keyboards
Best was second row seats to BB King. Worst was Hank Williams, Jr. Je was so wasted I’d like my money back.
The best was probably Rush or Dream Theater.
The worst was a toss up between Foo Fighters and Poison. Both were just terrible.
I went to a Juice wrld concert and I also went to a NF concert I went to many other Concerts.
i loved the First Aid concert and the music was the best and the worst was getting groped at the same concert
I attended one of the last Kansas concerts before the lead singer died about 3 years ago. The place where they played the acoustics was poor.
Best- Junior Brown about 10 years ago, The Other Ones in 1998, Pennywise back in 1995. No worst ones.
Best was Phil Collins
Worst was Aqua for tjem playing only for 15 minutes and showed up over 2 hours late.
I have only been to two concerts. They were both Puscifer.
Best was ICP as Dark Lotus in November 1999. Worst was Ted Nugent around summer 2001 free ticket by the way.
Best: Bob Seger
Worst: Van Halen @ Monsters of Rock in Europe. DLR and EVH were drunk and obviously didn't care about putting on a good show.
Best concert Alice in chains. Worst Motley Crew. The age showed for them
I've only walked out of two concerts because the sucked... both were Bob Dylan. I love his stuff but yhe man can't carry a tune in a gunny sack
Never been to a concert, too crowded to many people
For Christmas I took my wife to Barry Manalow. Yuck , hate but is wasxok
