Do you think South Korea has surpassed Japan internationally, in terms of pop culture and entertainment?

I think it has. Korean pop music has been taking the world by storm for quite a while. So has Korean shows, particularly Squid Game. Japan's got anime and J-pop, but I haven't seen any surge in the popularity of anime; it's just been a thing for decades. And I'm confident in saying that J-Pop isn't as popular as K-pop.
