I read it someone that the people who are latin Europeans originated from Celtic culture. The culture and all the Latin language from Celtic. Is this true? And can someone give me a link to learn more about this.

If this is in reference to early Roman times (ie 300+ BC), then Celts or as they wouldve said, "Galli" were actually the barbarian raiders the Romans clashed with in northern Italy, most notably around 387BC when Rome itself was sacked and a bunch of roman senators were executed. Most of these people were absorbed into the Roman Empire before 100 AD.
The "Celts" as in the people from modern Scotland settled there in roughly 1,000BC and don't really have any interaction with the Latin cultures until much later.
Celts predate the Latin/Romance peoples, but are a completely different branch of the Indo-European languages.
i remember reading celtic were in briton so probably not connected
