Not too many times have I seen harps in an orchestra. They are definitely good!

@YesterdaysChild all orchestras have one harp, some pieces require 2 but i don't know of any orchestra that has 2 full-time harps. i do see 2 harps in movie & TV orchestras a lot. Russian composers like to use harps, sometimes 5 or 6, one French composer used 40.

But that composer died and it was 40 angels with harps he saw. Seriously, that is a lot of harps, even for a huge orchestra. Look at all the instruments this orchestra had.

They were great when they had the 390 engine. My father had a cheap version in the 64 Ford Custom. It had a massive 289 engine. ha ha. I think the 63's looked a lot slimmer.

@YesterdaysChild The 289 was a great engine. My father had the Galaxie with the 289. You could get a little rubber it the road was smooth. Ford put it in the Mustang. There was also a 428 that you could get. They are extremely rare.
