For example this channel: https://www.tiktok.com%2F@www.tiktok.com/@oldtenderman
based on a car crash game. Since it's only a game and without a face or anything how they earn something out of it? If not they wouldn't do it right?

The platform will pay them a small pecentage of its own money that is generated from advertisements displayed on the platform and the channel. This is dependent on how popular the channel is and how many "hits" its gets.
In addition, the creator can get sponsorships from companies in exchange for promoting their products or services on the channel.
I mean what kind of sponsorships that channel could get? The one I mentioned.
It's just same thing over and over without showing their faces etc.
I mean if the ever get billions of views, is it really worth? With the content they are doing.
Could be any sponsorship. It this case I bet some sort of VPN or internet browser extension would sponsor. Heck, even a car Insurance provider.
And like I said, the platform will pay you based on your channel popularity. There is a minimum point you have to reach before you'll get paid for it. But say you do, it adds up over time.
In addition to both of those, creaters will set up crowdfunding so that viewers can donate money directly to the creater is they so choose.
Thanks for all the clarification, seems worth to try :D
They make money because the world is full of brainless zombies that will swallow up any old garbage that is fed to them.
Look at the autotuned crud that passes as pop music these days.
