Definitely the 90s were my middle school/high school/early college years, so that’s really the foundation of what I developed a lot of my musical tastes from. Not everything still holds up, but a lot of it is great, and far superior to what’s coming out today. The 70s had great classic rock and R&B/soul/funk type stuff. The 80s had great pop music, and there’s a place in my heart for “hair metal.” The 90s were the Golden Age to me. Rap was at its best, grunge and alternative rock were awesome, and I guess there was a lot of memorable pop music too. 1993-97 was really the peak…. but those are also exactly my high school years, so I might be biased, haha. 00s were good but a bit of a step down from the previous decade, in my opinion. 2010s it all fell apart. It may never recover, lmfao. Long live Griselda Records, at least they still make good gangsta rap🙌

Generally I stick to the 2010s-2020s, but I have a good handful of songs I listen to across the decades. One of my favourite bands is the Bee Gees- Stayin Alive, You Win Again and How Deep is Your Love are all in my car 🤌 I will regularly go 'here comes the sun' whenever I see a sunrise too so the 60s had an effect on me lmao
The 70s-80s had their bangers too. Hotel California, Can't Fight This Feeling Anymore, Somebody's Watching Me, and who in the modern era doesn't know half of Queen's discography?
I grew up listening to classical music at music school. Then listened to what my parents grew up on in the 30s, 40s and 50s, then to what I heard on the radio 60s to 2000s. And now what others recommend from concerts and SONOS lists and radio today.
There's good music for every decade, from Handel to Nappy Roots, to Beachhouse. The only BAD music is music that's done badly.

I like almost all music, sometimes I'm in the mood to listen to certain stuff and other times I'm annoyed by that same certain stuff. I hate r&b and most rap from any age and time. I don't know if I'll ever like it.
I didn't like country before and I love it now. I didn't like rock music and I love it now, I loved boyband music and I hate it now lol I'll still sing along to some and some are still kind of nice but for the most part so cringe lol I can listen to some opera thanks to some good movies. I dislike most of Jennifer Lopez music and Beyonce. Sharkira music has catchy tunes but I never liked her voice it's so ugly to me, she sometimes sounds nice but the overall sound of her voice is just eek. I think it' just the catchy tunes and the fact she was eye appealing to people especially when she dances and such. le lo lo le lo lei 🥴
Cool lol
I really don’t consider music from the 90s and early 2000s as old personally lol. A lot of my favorite music are from those years and some of the bands still make music. I like older music too, some of it is just fun especially if it’s from around fifties era
Yes. In fast most of the music I listen to that was made after I was born is from bands who were around before I was born. A current favorite that fits that:
The 60s and 70s had the best music. A few things from the 80s and 90s too. The music today all sounds the same. It is all overproduction as well. I bet a record producer could even make me sound good
Old music to me is from the 1950s or earlier. And yes, I like several artists and songs.
Music from the 2000's is "old"? LOL :D No, I don't think so.
that's how I felt... lol
Yes. Why should a limit myself in question of music just to songs made after my birth? When there is lots of quality songs made before.
Mostly from the entire '80s and the early half of the '90s.
At least 80% of music listening are bands from the 70s and early 80s. For me, music really took a nosedive from 1985 onwards.
I mean I like the song This is how we do it I don't know who it's by but it's a catchy song
My collection goes back at least 120 years and some of them are recordings of music written hundreds of years ago.
I like old music, like "Sheep May Safely Graze" by J. S. Bach, written 1713.
The 80s and 90s has great music. 202x is OK, but I don't care much for 201x or 202x though.
I love music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s.
LOVE it.
To me it depends on the artist of the songs.
Yeah I like it much better than today's music..
Yeah! I grew up in the early 00's and dance to it all the time 💃
I like 1980s and 1990s music, and some from early 2000s. Wouldn't call those old though.
Did they even continue making music after 1999? I though Y2K wiped everything out. 🤔
80s and 90s :D
Of course.
90‘s baby 💁♀️
50's and 60's, and classic Vinal on Sirius xm
I live off that stuff
Earlier... like a lot earlier!
Music started to suck after 2010.
Love Old music.
I don't know how to read the poll results or most people saying yes or are most people saying no?
1 person said No and 13 said Yes, so i guess Lots of us Love the Oldies.
Yes, but a lot older than that. lol
Yes I do.
YOU'RE MAKING ME FEEL OLD
