Why is the KCA’s not fun to watch anymore?

Check the difference between the 2010 and 2011 Kids Choice Awards compared to the recent ones out:

Back then, the Kids Choice Awards was fun to watch as they had put in effort to made it fun and exciting for us kids watching at the time. You had celebrities there at the time like the Kardashians, Stevie Wonder, Snoop Dogg, and Rihanna there. Times were so different with social media not the focus or advanced much for kids back then for it was about genuine fun and technology didn’t overtake what was going on back then.

For the recent Kids Choice Awards not so much, there’s not many well known household names or celebrities come to appear it now like they did in the past except bring old ones like Justin Bieber but he’s older now and isn’t the the same. These kids now have Tik Tok and there’s not much of golden age for them like we had when was kids in the past.

They even brought up Victoria Justice and Miranda Cosgrove to be the hosts for the KCA’s even though they both came from that old era of Nick who were popular and now just brought in for the star power to host the show but I don’t see none nowadays who is popular on Nick with a show like iCarly and Victorious.

I never watched it but I bet it has something to do with the fact that kids shows are all crap today. Ren And Stimpy, Spongebob and the bubble guppies are all poorly animated shows that push the woke agenda. When I was a kid we had Bugs Bunny and the Road Runner, the old Popeye cartoons and The Flintstones. .

I haven't watched the Kids Choice Awards for over a decade.. Lmao.. I think they are the same, just that the celebs are different now.. You have social media stars now, and kids don't care as much for other celebs..

I mean check from the 2010 and 2011 KCA’s and the ones recent you can tell the difference. I guess you can say the same but it’s not so much to me because I don’t know it was a different time on Nick you had shows like icarly, victorious, and big time rush on the air there all showing up to the show and winning awards were fun and Justin Bieber at his peak back then with Rihanna. You had Jack black hosting the show. Nowadays, like you said it’s social media stars now with this new technology now with tik tokers … there wasn’t any of that 14 years ago when people were still using flip phones and black berries lol

Yeah, I see what you're saying with the shows, there are big shows on Nick, Disney is at least still trying but you know, and Cartoon Network just gave up.. Lmao.. I guess it's because not many people watch T. V anymore with the swift rise of social media.. Especially Kids.. And since they wanna make sure they get those ratings l, they'll bring in social media stars since that's what kids these days will gravitate towards..
