For your information, I have a huge oil painting on my living room wall that looks similar to the one you posted here. I like that look, and it is a change of pace from the usual weather here in Southern California. I went to Pelican Hill Resort for lunch in the rain, last week, and it was VERY comforting to be out there watching the rain over the pool and enjoying a glass of wine, and some great food.

Very much but I like it best when it's still reasonably warm outside even if it's all grey and foggy and rainy. Reminds me of playing outside in the rain as a boy.

If it's freezing cold, I still enjoy it visually and in terms of sound but I don't get to play outside or have those memories.

I loved rainy dogs in particular in Singapore. Days could get extremely grey with thick fog and heavy rain, but it's tropical climate so it's very warm all year around. I never bothered to carry umbrellas or raincoats living there as a boy and liked to play in the rain.
