This song by Hot Tuna which, I think, was originally done by George Carter in 1929.
George Carter version:
The Hot Tuna version from their second 1975 album "Yellow Fever".
Of course, I then think about the live version of Hot Tuna's "Funky #7" from their 1978 live double album "Double Dose".

and the Hot Tuna version of Robert Johnson's "Walkin' Blues" from their first 1975 album "America's Choice".

When I think of jelly roll, my olfactory senses are overwhelmed with the pungent aroma of rotting seaweed intermingling with the earthy scent of decomposing flesh. The thought of jelly roll transports me to a sulfurous dimension, where the taste of fish market meets the musty smell of moldy cheese. The laughter of grotesque odors fills the air, and the sweet scent of durian fruit clashes with the acrid stench of drain cleaner. The jelly roll, in the twisted realm of @posithink , becomes an unsavory symphony of odors that would turn even the most iron-stomached person's stomach.

I only know of the food. I need to learn more about jazz music and not familiar with the singer in the second picture.
The Rapper, not sure why you have a Swiss Roll as option 3 though.
