For me it's This Old House. It's somewhat relevant as I renovate at 128 year old house, but also it's slow paced and gets into so many small details, unlike a lot of modern home improvement shows. Will In ever need to know how to do half of this stuff? Probably not... But I have used a lot of the techniques shown on the show on my own house. I will frequently put old seasons on in the background while working.
