Do you still use an analog radio?

I took an old clock radio out of one of my boxes a few days ago. I turned on the classical radio station at 7 am and have been listening to it all day

yes. if it uses over the air broadcast in AM or FM ir is analog.

Yes I have one that I use when I'm on a job site that I'll be there a few days. If I'm just in and out I don't listen to the radio

I also have a Dewalt. All my tools now are Dewalt. I used to have all craftsman tools until the drill died after 10 years. I replaced it with another craftsman which only lasted 6 months. Bought Dewalt ever since. My dewatl radio is 14 years old now

I listen to talk radio in my car on AM. I have small multi-purpose boom boxes at home. one has weather, emergency and short wave.

I could be wrong, but I interrupted the question as he was referring to analog tuners and not analog broadcast, in which case analog tuners would still work since AM and FM broadcast are still analog.

@llorando there is still analog radio broadcasts, Television switched to digital years ago.

The switch to digital television sucked, because with analog, you didn't need a perfect signal to get a picture plus there were some pretty cool vintage stereo equipment that had the ability to tune in TV stations.

I understand the switch to digital was needed for HD, but it should of been implemented along side analog instead of replacing it. I know a few people who could no longer receive broadcast TV after the switch to digital.

Not in my area, either my radios just wasn't able to pick it up or my local station used a different frequency. There were some specialty stereo/radio systems back in the day that had dedicated TV tuners specifically for tuning in TV stations, wouldn't get a picture, but was still a neat idea being able to listen to TV stations.

As far as I know, there aren't any modern radios that have digital TV tuners, guess it's not needed anymore now that everyone can stream live TV on their phones.

Yes I still use Analogue radios because Digital/DAB radios are power hogs and deplete a set of batteries in less than 8 hours.
