Why don’t any Gen Xers I know watch stuff like Family Guy or South Park?

Why are they still into dull shit like Saved by the Bell, The Jetsons, 90s Disney PG movies, and reality shows?

It's probably because the comedy is usually super juvenile, just plain racist or stupidly outlandish..
It was funny back when I was a kid/teen, but now as an adult I just find it boring and retarded. Especially Family guy.. Peter is the most annoying mf I ever had to hear in my life and I can't stand Brian but he is better than that annoying prick Vinny that replaced him for awhile.. The shows are dumb, unless you spend your life getting high everyday you aren't going to find that shit funny.

Remember we are in a declining civilization. We are further back in time, we knew a less degenerate world where the kinds of cynical concepts found on South Park or Family guy weren't in TV at all. You didn't even swear on TV in those days. To us South Park is just disgusting. I watch old TV shows mostly but sometimes I'll watch Netflix stuff on bootleg sites. I check first to make sure it doesn't have woke filth that will make me want to puke in it.

I know several who watch both and none who watch the other shows you mentioned. South Park and Family Guy are very Gen-X shows. The others just might be popular with older Gen-Xers and late Baby Boomers. I mean, I know my Mom would sometimes watch Jetsons but that was it amongst those others listed.
