Trending & News I’m just curious. I love a good mixture of all of them incorporated into one movie.

I gravitate toward action and action adventure. Quality stuff like James Bond, Jason Bourne, Mission Impossible, etc.
Death Wish, Bullitt, Clint Eastwood stuff, Under Siege, Crank
I like revenge movies, assassin movies, and movies about running from bad guys.
I also love action with comedy. Stuff like Mr. Right, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Killers, Die Hard, and stuff like that.
I basically love seeing bad guys getting totally fucked. There are lots of movies like that.
But I'm not crazy about comic book shit and too much CGI. I prefer realistic.
Science fiction - but real science fiction, not bullshit science fiction like Star Wars. Don't get me wrong - the Star Wars movies are wonderful entertainment, but they aren't real science fiction.
In "real science fiction", the scientific advancements or new technologies are critical to the story telling. For example, consider watching a show on YouTube called "Century City"; it was a science fiction / law series that was broadcast on CBS in 2004 but was cancelled after about 8 episodes. The premise is a law firm in 2030 Los Angeles having to deal with cases that could not occur today.

By comparison, "Star Wars" is really just a mythology not significantly different than, say, "Lord of the Rings".
Old war movies 🎬 and true stories that are good and not violent.
Concert films, documentries, horror. In that order.
I can totally relate to that! Mixing genres can create such unique experiences. Personally, I have a soft spot for art films as they often surprise me with their creativity and depth. I also enjoy indulging in the emotions of beautifully told dramas. Each genre brings something special, and that's what makes movies so fascinating! 😊🎨

Mumblecore, and other character-driven drama/romance/comedies, where not much happens. I do enjoy good sci fi and horror as well, but those are extremely few and far between, these days.
Definitely not action movies (esp. superhero movies), thrillers or biopics (or any other oscar-bait).
I actually enjoy RomComs. They are entertaining and I don't have to think too hard to follow the plt.
In second place afe science fiction movies... but only the good ones.
@7Phoenix7 Just about any of the Hallmark Channel movies are fun and entertaining to watch, even though the plot is always the same and the acting is questionable. "The Wedding Date" is a good older movie to watch.
My favorite genres are: Horror, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Adventure, and Comedy/Parody.
I also like some Documentaries (about animals, space, ancient civilizations etc).
I love documentaries too… animals, space, ancient civilizations, the ocean etc.
Great minds think alike ;)
Horror-Thriller when it comes to Horror-Thriller my favourite sub-genres are folk-horror and psychological-thriller I also like comedy too. Especially absurd comedy and dark/comedy.
I do think guys and gals are naturally a Greek Tragedy. Even more so today.
Other than that action movies.
Anything that is funny is good to me.
Good action pics, comedy.
Many times we go to watch older movies on the big screen, Christmas movies, , Halloween movies, saw the anniversary of Jaws, Blazing Saddles
Horror and sci fi but in general if the movie is good, i'll watch it no matter what genre it is...
😄👍🏻
It's impossible to pick a favorite, I'm down with anything but horror.
If you're looking to incorporate nearly every genre into a single movie, Princess Bride is your jam lol
SciFi & Thrillers & Comedy, sometimes Drama or Horror. Rarely, a good RomCom!
Science Fiction.
It started out as Comedies. Then Dramas, true stories in particular. And now science fiction.
Sci fi, documentary, biography, historiography, period pieces, mystery, horror, literary adaptions,
Scifi or action but the war movie genre about real events is also important to me.
I like westerns. Too bad they do not make many anymore.
I really like old sci-fi movies my favorite has got to be 2001: a space Odyssey or electric dreams. I've got the space Odyssey book and a couple T-shirts
I love action movies, the ones that have you sitting at the edge of your seat
This one Robert Redford starring in Jeremiah Johnson
I love adventure, action, comedy and horror. My favorite movies are Indiana Jones and The Mummy series.
