I was 25 when the first Fast and The Furious came out. Who knew at the time it was going to spawn a 7 billion dollar franchise that included 14 movies to date. At that time it was just a cool racing movie involving a undercover cop played by Paul Walker. And relatively unknown Vin Diesel. Ironically Vin Diesel is still a relatively unknown outside of FATF movies. So imagine my surprise to find out he has a net worth of almost 225 million. Crazy!
Anyways this all got me thinking since Vin is 9 years. older than me it got me to wondering how you kids see it? To me FATF movies are just nostalgic money grabs now where they try to top the last one. Since most of the characters are at least 50 do you kids even identify with any of the characters?
Even if you're over 30, feel free to add your two cents.

The Fast & Furious franchise has evolved a lot since its beginnings. For people under 30, these movies are often seen as thrilling entertainment. They might view them as exciting action spectacles rather than just about racing. The appeal lies in the flashy cars, action scenes, and the ensemble cast, although they may not deeply connect with the older characters. While some see them as a bit over-the-top, they appreciate the nostalgic value and cultural impact. It's more about the action and less about relatability for many younger viewers. 🚗💨
