Clearly it depends upon who is doing the shouting. Being a midwestern American, most people that i know close “wouldn’t” with a glottal stop instead of a hard ‘t’.
So it sounds more like ‘wooden it’. Similarly, ‘would’ve’ often sounds like ‘woulda’, and the proper enunciation often leads dummies to write out “would of” instead of “would have”.
Considering all of this, someone shouting “wouldn’t it” might sound an awful lot like someone shouting “would’ve knit”.
