I agree with the Ai on Love is War. It's about two students who love each other, but don't want to be the first to say it so they plot different ways to make the other say it first to little success. Absolutely funny stuff there. Toradora! might be another one worth checking out. I remember enjoying that one as well.

I wish I could also recommend Bloom Into You, but it's not a comedy, but I do love the romance in that one.

I don't think that I can give you all of the episodes, but Inu Yasha is a pretty good for romance, especially if you like love triangles/tetrahedrons. Plus most anime isn't exactly the most wholesome of medium; at least by western standards.
